Reconnect with Nature

Nature’s beauty offers a respite from modern life. Whether outdoors or indoors, connecting with greenery calms the mind and nurtures the soul.

How does it work?

Nature restores balance, reducing stress and promoting mindfulness. Research shows that exposure to greenery improves mood, focus, and overall well-being. Even small acts, like tending a plant or visiting a park, can provide a grounding sense of connection.

How did it help me?

Growing up in Lapland, nature was my refuge. In Milan, I visit parks or tend plants to find calm. A connection to nature, even small, centers my mind and restores balance.

How can it help you?

Spend time in nature, even if it’s just a few moments. Take a walk in a park, sit beneath a tree, or simply gaze at the sky. Indoors, surround yourself with houseplants or flowers to bring nature closer. Focus on your senses—feel the texture of leaves, listen to birds, or inhale the earthy scent of soil. These mindful interactions with nature can ground you, offering peace and perspective.
