Improve your life with

Gratitude Practice

Gratitude practice is a mindful activity where you focus on the positive aspects of your life. By reflecting on things you’re thankful for, you can shift your mindset and cultivate a more optimistic outlook.

How does it work?

Practicing gratitude helps counter negativity and stress, promoting emotional resilience and happiness. Studies show that focusing on gratitude improves mental health and overall well-being, making it a powerful habit for personal growth.

How did it help me?

Growing up in Lapland, gratitude was a daily ritual—thanking the sun for its brief winter appearances or savoring a cloudberry picked from the forest. In Milan, I reflect on three things I’m thankful for each night, whether it’s a warm meal or a productive day. This habit shifts my focus from stress to serenity. Keeping a gratitude journal has been my anchor, grounding me amidst life’s chaos and reminding me to cherish the beauty in the little things.

How can it help you?

Start a gratitude journal by noting three things you’re thankful for each day. These could include small moments, like a smile from a stranger, or bigger milestones, like achieving a goal. Regularly reviewing your entries can help you stay grounded and remind you of the positives, even during challenging times.
